I went to Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates, they wanted to charge me 2.3x more than what the honest guys at Saint Charles would have. I purchased a C300 and worked with Mike in sales along with Nik, the sales manager, and they were both incredibly professional, personable, and easy to work with — never pushy or transactional. One thing I especially appreciated was how thoughtful and efficient the entire process was. Instead of having me sit around during the financing paperwork, they had Taylor, their product concierge, help me get everything set up in the car. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the features, settings, and profile setup, which made the delivery experience feel much more personalized and seamless. I also really appreciated that I was able to schedule a separate learning session with Taylor afterward to better understand all of the technology and features the car has to offer. He was patient, informative, and made everything much less overwhelming. What really stood out was that the entire team stayed late to make everything come together, and throughout the process I truly felt that they cared about creating a positive experience rather than just making a sale. I am a loyal Mercedes owner and have been 30+ years. I have purchased MBs from all over the country. Every now and then, unforeseen things arise and you need help from the dealership. About a week ago I bought a CPO car for cash remotely and paid full price plus shipping. It was a gift for my wife, and she just wasn’t a fan of the car. I immediately called them and asked if they would take the car back and allow me to pay whatever it took so they would not be out of pocket. I got a hard no. So there is a dealer in my city who agreed to take the car on consignment and needed the dealership to help him with the transaction. Another hard no. Their advice to me: trade it in on what you want, you won’t take much of a hit. “There is nothing we can do to help you.” Which is a lie. They could have helped but they didn’t want to. 5 years ago I bought a MB from a dealer in Orlando, there were issues with the car, and they took it back— they did the right thing even though they could have said no. MB St Charles is good at saying no. Everything is nice until something comes up after the sale and you need their help. You wont get it. Sometimes you do the thing that helps a customer, even when you don’t have to. That is going over and beyond, but sadly these guys don’t even know what that means. Buyer Beware of this pathetic dealership.

Even though this price of this car is probably a 1/4 of the price of the typical cars they sell, he made me feel just as relevant as if I was purchasing a new Benz. He was VERY patient, communicative and efficient!... I'm definitely returning to Brad Broughton at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles when its time again to update my ride!

I have had Merc Benz of st. Charles service my glc 300 since 2018. Service has always been efficient and reliable. Brad is very kind and courteous. Very helpful in every way.

Also- thanks for overriding the GM and throwing in all the available free services, warranties, coverage, the winter mats, the full pack of waters and the tumbler. All in all and in all seriousness, This dealership is focused more on long-term customer satisfaction and relationship BUILDING than dirty sales tactics for quick margins. Really amazing effort in working with me to buy a car with two special needs kindergarteners in tow. Heather was above and beyond in helping my kids draw pictures while we waited.

We had a great experience here yesterday. We drove from 2 hours away for a used Maserati. Heather Heart was professional and did her best to get us what we wanted for a payment term. Financing was pretty quick and they were ready to go once approved. I would highly recommend this business and their staff to anyone!
