In January, I bought a Subaru Outback from Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles. Unfortunately, some knucklehead totaled that car on the highway. I've been in contact with a lot of dealerships this year and I felt compelled to swing back to say how much better my experience was with this dealership than almost every other dealership I've been in contact with. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Marc and Joel were extremely reasonable and made everything move smoothly for me even though I was coordinating the buy while living an hour away.

I am a loyal Mercedes owner and have been 30+ years. I have purchased MBs from all over the country. Every now and then, unforeseen things arise and you need help from the dealership. About a week ago I bought a CPO car for cash remotely and paid full price plus shipping. It was a gift for my wife, and she just wasn’t a fan of the car. I immediately called them and asked if they would take the car back and allow me to pay whatever it took so they would not be out of pocket. I got a hard no. So there is a dealer in my city who agreed to take the car on consignment and needed the dealership to help him with the transaction. Another hard no. Their advice to me: trade it in on what you want, you won’t take much of a hit. “There is nothing we can do to help you.” Which is a lie. They could have helped but they didn’t want to. 5 years ago I bought a MB from a dealer in Orlando, there were issues with the car, and they took it back— they did the right thing even though they could have said no. MB St Charles is good at saying no. Everything is nice until something comes up after the sale and you need their help. You wont get it. Sometimes you do the thing that helps a customer, even when you don’t have to. That is going over and beyond, but sadly these guys don’t even know what that means. Buyer Beware of this pathetic dealership.

My wife and I went to this dealership to look at a MDX Acura but ended up buying a Mercedes that caught our eyes ...GLE 450 AMG..there was some confusing information about the vehicle, products and warranties but they were all very accommodating and went above and beyond to clarify things to make us happy...from Adam (Salesman) to Nick (Manager) to Engal (Manager) and eventually Gregg (Finance Manager) you all were very professional and made our experience great! We would highly recommend Mercedes of St. Charles Resnick Group to all!

I had very good experience with MB of st Charles. They were very friendly, and professional from service advisor to customer service rep. My service advisor was Mr Dean Pontrelli who was very courteous and great person, he arranged promptly the loaner car, and follow up each step when my car was at there service department.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jim Bloom is who I dealt with, and it was truly a great experience. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner, if he said he would do something, he did it when he said he would. Went wayyyy above and beyond helping me with the purchase. I live almost 3 hours south of this dealership which can make things tricky, but Jim was on top of it all. Highly recommend him if you’re going to be buying a new or used car

Best car buying experiences we’ve ever had!

I went in to this place for the first time a couple days ago and I was immediately helped by Pete. He answered all of my questions and was so so kind to me. As a younger person looking for a place to go regularly, I will definitely not be going anywhere else but here and I hope to keep speaking with Pete he was so great! My car also works great and came out rapidly, alongside the excellent service!

Went to this location about a week ago, drove 3+ hours coming from out of state to see a 2022 Honda accord. Met with Mike, the sales associate and had a phenomenal experience, treated me very fair, answered all my questions, and worked down the price to about market average. He was quick to respond to me over the week prior and I could tell he wanted to treat me well and give a non stressful buying experience. We had an absolutely incredible experience purchasing a used Toyota from Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles. Even though I was buying a pre-owned Toyota, the team treated me with the same level of luxury and care as if I were purchasing a brand-new, top-of-the-line Mercedes. A huge shoutout to our salesman, Kale DeVries, whose professionalism and knowledge were truly off the charts. Beyond his expertise, he is just a genuinely nice guy with a fantastic personality that made the whole process enjoyable. If you want a high-end buying experience, I recommend asking for Kale.

My experience at Mercedes of Saint Charles is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was very attentive, and they were fully stocked with many choices. Mark was my salesman and he listened to everything that I was looking for and flawlessly delivered. I went back the next day to get a full demonstration on the mechanics of the car, (can’t remember his name) but he was very thorough and professional. I highly recommended this dealership if you are in the market for a Mercedes!

The car we purchased had some issues that came up during the test drive (it was NOT a Mercedes) and we all assumed it was a harmless thing, but ultimately it required some new parts and time in the shop. I was so impressed with the whole team in getting everything resolved. Heather, the sales associate, and Allan the used vehicle manager, were very proactive in getting everything resolved, and while our honeymoon period with our new purchase was slightly delayed, we finally brought home an awesome new family car. This dealership stands by what they are selling, and resolved issues when they could’ve easily left us with a big repair bill within our first week of ownership. I’d come back here in a heartbeat and am grateful and impressed with their care and communication with us for what was an anxious situation. Big thank you to Heather and Allan- they went above and beyond and we are so happy with our new vehicle and the whole experience.
