Your Mercedes-Benz is an important investment, and no one appreciates that more than Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles. Why not trust us to help you protect your vehicle? None of us can predict the future. When the unthinkable happens, save yourself the pain of rising covered repair costs, finding a good mechanic or being stranded without transportation. We have a variety of Mercedes-Benz-backed plans to put your mind at ease.
We make it EASY for you integrate basic maintenance requirements into your Mercedes-Benz purchase or lease:
One of the best ways to help avoid expensive repair costs is to maintain your Mercedes-Benz regularly. The Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Prepaid Maintenance Program, is a convenient and affordable way for you to maintain your vehicle according to Mercedes-Benz's recommended maintenance schedule.
When leasing, maintaining your vehicle regularly is a requirement of your lease agreement. If you own your vehicle, regular maintenance helps protect its resale value. And if you're going to maintain your vehicle, why not trust your Mercedes-Benz to those who know it best?
Under the Mercedes-Benz Star Service Pre-Paid Maintenance program, you can service your vehicle at mileage intervals that meet your needs. Factory-trained technicians maintain your vehicle using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP)
Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles' GAP program is designed to protect you and your family from an unexpected financial burden if your vehicle is declared a total loss from causes such as theft, accident, fire, or flood. GAP will pay the difference (or deficiency) between your vehicle's market value and the balance on your finance or lease contract, including up to $1,000 of your auto insurance deductible (if applicable) in most states.
If you're still making payments on your Mercedes-Benz, GAP can minimize or even eliminate your financial obligation if your vehicle is declared a total loss. A primary auto insurance settlement is generally based on vehicle market value, which could be less than what you still owe on your finance or lease contract.
So who pays the remainder? You do - unless you have Guaranteed Auto Protection.
